Easy tricks to get up faster and have more energy in the morning.
It's always hard to wake up in the morning. I always want to be an early morning person. Getting up early makes me more productive, improves my mood and energy levels for the rest of the day. But getting up early is so so hard.
Some trick that I have tried which have worked
- Keep the alarm clock far far away: Taking those first few steps in morning is so hard. If you keep the alarm far enough such that you see the sun, the rest depends on your motivation.
- Keep the blinds open: I have a hard time sleeping when the room is bright. I think it's common for most people as well. Also morning sun is rich is vitamin D which boosts the energy levels. The sun also reminds you that sleep time is over and it's time to get up from the bed.
