Getting up in the morning is not fun. Having a good morning ritual can make your mornings more productive, improve your mood and energy levels for the rest of the day. One of the trick which I try is keeping my blinds open before going to bed. I have a hard time sleeping when the room is bright. I think it's common for most people as well. Also morning sun is rich is vitamin D which boosts the energy levels. The sun also reminds you that sleep time is over and it's time to get up from the bed.
