Do facial massage help with anti aging?
Massaging the face do give some anti aging benefits. Just like how massaging a stiff neck increases blood circulation and provides relief to back pains, regular gentle massaging the skin do provide anti aging benefits.
You can see wrinkles on a stressed out face. But it just takes 1-2 minutes of gentle massage to relax your face. Massaging the faces helps increase oxygen and blood supply.
Some known techniques for massaging your face:
- Softly tap your face.
- Soft pinching motions without pulling your face.
- Massage your face in circular motion.
